Conran Contracts, Lillie Square

Lillie Square is a new residential development in Earl's Court, London.  It is striking because it is offereing value through luxury hotel facilities to it's Private Residents' Club membership.  Owners will enjoy concierge services, a fully equipped clubhouse, with spa, pool, bar and more, all in line with a 5 star hotel experience.

Flexhouse was asked to help produce some of the bespoke furniture package for the exclusive clubhouse.  Designed by Hong Kong based Richards Basmajian, and procured by Conran Contracts, we developed the initial concepts into a drawing package, then went straight into production.

The Spa bed is a unique ergonomically shaped chaise lounge that sits atop a dark walnut plinth.  It is upholstered in specialist PU leather from Altfield which is designed to perform well in humid spa conditions.

We produced a bespoke black- back-painted glass topped coffee table with a red vinyl upholstered pedestal for the private cinema.  

We also supplied various miscellsaneous upholstery products for the clubhouse including arm chairs and poufs.
